FLU Vaccines available at New Heights Middle School: Friday, October 28.
The online process is active now, and ALL Consents must be completed by Monday...October 17th at the latest for those who have access to the online process. The online system is the preferred method of consent. This online system can be used by computer, iPad, tablet, or cell phone. The parent letter is attached below.
Flu vaccines will be administered at New Heights on Friday, October 28th.
