Forms and money due to Mrs. Becky Rollings by May 5th to schedule appointment time for physical. If you turn in the form and money after May 5, you will be seen on a first-come/first-service basis.
The High School League Requires: All students trying out for a sport MUST have a completed physical before participation. Date of physical to be after April 2017 for athletic participation in the 2017-2018 school year. All pre-participation requirements must be completed on line at https://www.planeths.com/ before students can participate in any sport related activity. More information regarding https://www.planeths.com/ requirements will be sent out prior to May 10.
