Congratulations to Mr. Avery Miles - NHMS Teacher of the Year 2021-2022!
New Height’s Middle School would like to celebrate the recognition of Avery Miles as the Teacher of the Year for 2021-2022. Mr. Miles attended New Heights Middle School before graduating from Central High School and then from Francis Marion University. Mr. Miles is in his sixth year as a teacher and his fourth year as a teacher at New Heights Middle. In his free time, Mr. Miles enjoys hunting and spending time outdoors. When asked what he loved the most about New Heights, Mr. Miles said, “One thing I love about New Heights is the people I work with. The chemistry here makes it an awesome place to work.”
