Chromebook Information

We will begin collecting Chromebooks from all grade levels on Wednesday, May 15, 2024.  Students must return their assigned Chromebook with the case and charger to avoid being charged a fee:

• Missing Chromebook: $325

• Missing charger: $35

• Missing case: $35

• Chromebook, case, and charger not returned: $395

Damages will be assessed at the time of turn in and appropriate fees will be charged. Payment can be made with cash, check, or money order made payable to New Heights Middle School. Virtual students may bring in their Chromebook and charger anytime on or before May 24, 2024.

Students must have a label that came from the media center on their charger. If there is no label, students will be charged $35. Students may get a new label if they can show proof that the charger belongs to them. Any other type of label, such as handwritten or printed that did not come from the Media Center will not be accepted and the student will be charged. This has also been announced to students throughout the school year on the morning and afternoon announcements.
